kiv sachi-aaraa ho-ee-ai kiv koorhai tutai paal hukam rajaa-ee chalnaa naanak likhi-aa naal ||1||

How can the true state of being be attained? How can this veil of illusion be torn away? O Nanak, flow with the One's Command, and walk in the way of the One's Will. ||1||

If none of the four ways is the answer, then what is the answer? Flow with the will of the One - the command, accept yourself as you are! Walk on the path as it is unfolding.

सच्ची अवस्था कैसे प्राप्त की जा सकती है? यह भ्रम का पर्दा कैसे हटाया जा सकता है? हे नानक, एक के हुकम के साथ बहो, और एक की इच्छा के मार्ग पर चलो। ||1||

यदि चारों में से कोई भी तरीका उत्तर नहीं है, तो उत्तर क्या है? एक के हुकम के साथ बहो, अपने आप को वैसे ही स्वीकार करो जैसे तुम हो! जो मार्ग खुल रहा है, उस पर चलो।
